Job Description


Role Overview

  • Lead and manage multiple programs/projects with strong focus on governance, reporting, and demand management.
  • Act as a central point of coordination between business, technology, and leadership teams.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making through structured reporting and portfolio insights.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Management

  • Manage end-to-end program delivery across multiple projects (initiation to closure).
  • Define program roadmap, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Track and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.

Reporting & Governance

  • Develop and maintain program-level dashboards and reports for senior leadership.
  • Provide weekly/monthly status updates, including:Progress trackingFinancials (budget vs actuals)Risks and issues
  • Establish and enforce program governance frameworks and KPIs.
  • Drive data accuracy, consistency, and transparency in reporting.
  • Use tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar for advanced reporting and visualization.

Demand Management

  • Manage end-to-end demand intake process from business units.
  • Evaluate, prioritize, and align incoming demands/projects based on: Business value Strategic alignment Resource availability
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, business cases, and feasibility.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

  • Act as a bridge between Business, Technology, and Operations teams.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and leadership for updates and decision-making.
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment across all program participants.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Program/Project Management.
  • Proven experience in program governance, reporting, and demand management.
  • Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs.


Core Skills

  • Strong project/program management skills (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Expertise in reporting and dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
  • Experience in demand management and portfolio governance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / Scrum certifications.
  • Experience in banking, financial services, or large enterprise environments.
  • Exposure to digital transformation or data-driven programs.
