Role Overview
- Lead and manage multiple programs/projects with strong focus on governance, reporting, and demand management.
- Act as a central point of coordination between business, technology, and leadership teams.
- Drive data-driven decision-making through structured reporting and portfolio insights.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Management
- Manage end-to-end program delivery across multiple projects (initiation to closure).
- Define program roadmap, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Track and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
Reporting & Governance
- Develop and maintain program-level dashboards and reports for senior leadership.
- Provide weekly/monthly status updates, including:Progress trackingFinancials (budget vs actuals)Risks and issues
- Establish and enforce program governance frameworks and KPIs.
- Drive data accuracy, consistency, and transparency in reporting.
- Use tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar for advanced reporting and visualization.
Demand Management
- Manage end-to-end demand intake process from business units.
- Evaluate, prioritize, and align incoming demands/projects based on: Business value Strategic alignment Resource availability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, business cases, and feasibility.
Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Act as a bridge between Business, Technology, and Operations teams.
- Engage with senior stakeholders and leadership for updates and decision-making.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across all program participants.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Program/Project Management.
- Proven experience in program governance, reporting, and demand management.
- Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs.
Core Skills
- Strong project/program management skills (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Expertise in reporting and dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
- Experience in demand management and portfolio governance.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / Scrum certifications.
- Experience in banking, financial services, or large enterprise environments.
- Exposure to digital transformation or data-driven programs.
