We are looking for someone who is keen to learn and develop their career in IT procurement within the banking industry. Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
You will work closely with the Procurement, Legal and IT teams and gain exposure to IT contracts, supplier management and the procurement process.
Responsibilities:
- Support the review and negotiation of IT contracts with suppliers.
- Work closely with Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Legal and IT teams on procurement and contract matters.
- Assist in ensuring contracts and procurement activities comply with relevant policies, processes and guidelines.
- Support the review of contract terms and identification of potential risks or gaps.
- Work with stakeholders to address contract-related matters and provide support where required.
- Maintain proper documentation and support day-to-day procurement and vendor management activities.
- Support other procurement-related tasks and projects as required.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with relevant experience in procurement, contract management or vendor management will also be considered.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, IT or a relevant fields.
- Interest in IT procurement and willingness to learn about procurement processes within the banking industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organised and able to work well with different teams.
- Proactive, responsible and willing to learn.
- Prior internship or experience would be an advantageous (not essential).
