The IT Procurement & Finance Lead is responsible for managing IT procurement and financial operations, including purchase orders, invoicing, vendor management, CAPEX/OPEX tracking, budgeting, and financial reporting. The role works closely with IT, Finance, and vendors to ensure cost control, compliance, and efficient procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT procurement and vendor coordination.
- Raise, issue and track Purchase Orders (POs) and invoices.
- Monitor IT CAPEX and OPEX budgets and expenditures.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with procurement and finance policies.
- Coordinate contract renewals and vendor payments.
- Maintain accurate procurement and financial records.
- Support audit and cost optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT procurement and finance operations.
- Strong knowledge of: Purchase Orders (PO) ,Invoice processing CAPEX/OPEX management , Vendor and contract management
- Experience with ERP/procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, etc.).
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good to have some Banking/ Fintech exposure.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT infrastructure or software procurement.
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial controls.
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
