Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle end to end IT procurement including sourcing negotiation and purchase order processing
  • Procure IT hardware software licenses cloud services and professional services
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with suppliers for pricing delivery and service levels
  • Support contract review renewals and compliance with company procurement policies
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and timelines
  • Track procurement budgets and ensure cost optimization
  • Maintain accurate procurement documentation records and reports
  • Liaise with stakeholder to understand requirement and purpose of purchase/tender.
  • Conduct RPF, RFQ and RFI Activities.
  • Source, request, negotiate and compare prices, on IT product, service and maintenance for purchase/tender.
  • Prepare procurement documents, cost analysis, and negotiate with suppliers.
  • Contract Management work covering review, contract negotiations and coordinate with Legal Team and Internal Stakeholders on setting up contractual agreement to ensure timely execution of contract for projects.

Requirements:

  • With 2 to 5 years of experience in IT procurement preferably within a System Integrator or IT services company
  • Experience in procuring IT hardware/software and professional services is required
  • Experience dealing with vendors system integrators and technology suppliers
  • Experience in contract / vendor / price negotiation.
  • Good understanding of quotation and contract's terms and conditions.
