Support day‑to‑day operations and system lifecycle activities, including onboarding, transition, and system retirement/decommissioning in a regulated environment.
Assist in executing IT and OT considerations during system decommissioning, covering servers, applications, backups, and infrastructure components.
Support change control, protocol preparation, and execution activities in line with GxP compliance requirements.
Manage and resolve ServiceNow (SNOW) incidents and service requests within defined SLAs, ensuring minimal business impact.
Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and log investigation for recurring system and application issues.
Support documentation activities, including regulated form execution, validation evidence, and SDLC‑aligned records.
Monitor and validate backup and recovery processes (Acronis), including system imaging, configuration, and periodic checks.
Collaborate with vendors, quality teams, offshore/onshore support teams, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of operational and retirement activities.
Maintain system security and data integrity during lifecycle and retirement activities, including access controls, data archival, and system isolation where applicable.
Generate operational and system performance reports to support management review and audit readiness.
Job Requirements
2+ years of experience in IT application or infrastructure support within an enterprise or regulated environment.
Hands‑on experience supporting GxP‑regulated systems, preferably in pharmaceutical or life sciences environments.
Strong working experience with:ServiceNow (SNOW) for incident and change managementWindows OS environmentsBackup and recovery solutions (Acronis or equivalent)
Exposure to system lifecycle management, including system qualification and retirement activities.
Familiarity with SDLC processes and support of Commercial Off‑The‑Shelf (COTS) systems.
Experience supporting documentation and validation activities using tools such as Kneat.
Basic understanding of IT/OT environments, system integration, and operational technology interfaces.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional and geographically distributed teams.
