IT Ops Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement asset management strategies and lifecycle plans.
• Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and performance evaluations of assets.
• Recommend upgrades, replacements, or maintenance schedules based on asset condition.
• Support IT asset tracking and lifecycle management using asset management tools.
• Perform risk assessments, maintain accurate asset records, and develop contingency plans.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations.
• Analyze data to identify trends, cost savings, and performance improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• ITIL Foundation certification (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of IT asset management concepts and processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs).
• Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Engineering, or related field preferred.
