The Company

We're partnering with an international trading firm who is seeking to hire their IT Operations Support Manager to lead their digital transformation initiative.

The Role

As the IT Operations Support Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's digital transformation initiatives. You will lead efforts to transition from traditional paper-based processes to streamlined digital solutions. You will be responsible for implementing optimized document storage systems, conducting user training, and providing ongoing operational support. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to enhance data security measures and automate reporting processes.

Your Profile

You are a degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant experience in IT operations with proven track record of successful delivery of digital transformation and related areas. You have proven ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. You are familiar with data security and compliance regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, paired with meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to continuous improvement, are necessary attributes.
