We are seeking an IT Operations Support role to manage and support daytoday IT operations. The role is handson and operational, focusing on enduser support, system administration, vendor coordination, and ensuring stable and secure IT operations across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daytoday IT operations and enduser support, including troubleshooting of hardware, software, systems, networks, and connectivity issues.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Intranet platforms, and firewall systems, ensuring stable and secure operations.
- Perform routine system maintenance activities such as patch management, backups, security controls, and basic disaster recovery support.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding by managing user accounts, access rights, system permissions, and IT equipment setup.
- Manage IT assets, including procurement coordination, software licensing, inventory tracking, and maintenance of documentation such as SOPs and FAQs.
- Liaise with external IT vendors and service providers to support IT operations, projects, audits, and reporting requirements.
- Escalate and track incidents appropriately to ensure timely resolution and minimal business disruption.
