Our client is a fast-growing AI startup that has recently secured Series A funding, building digital companions that enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
As part of its global expansion across Singapore and the United States, the company is looking to strengthen its internal IT capabilities to support a fast-scaling, technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
IT Operations & Support
- Manage day-to-day IT operations including user accounts, devices, and SaaS tools
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes (account setup, access permissions, hardware provisioning)
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal users
IT Security & Compliance
- Support implementation and monitoring of IT security controls (e.g. identity and access management, endpoint security)
- Assist in maintaining IT policies, procedures, and compliance-related documentation
- Support internal compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to security best practices
IT Infrastructure & Systems
- Support internal IT infrastructure, including cloud-based environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Assist in maintaining secure connectivity (VPN, network, remote access)
- Support basic server-related setup, coordination, and maintenance where required
Hardware Procurement & Asset Management
- Manage procurement of IT hardware (laptops, servers, peripherals)
- Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment sourcing and delivery
- Maintain inventory and lifecycle tracking of IT assets
Regional / Global Support
- Provide IT support across Singapore and US teams
- Ensure consistency in IT processes and practices across regions
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5-8 years of experience in IT operations, IT infrastructure, or IT security roles
- Hands-on experience across IT operations, IT security, and hardware/vendor management
- Familiarity with identity and access management tools (e.g. Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace)
- Exposure to endpoint/device management tools (e.g. Jamf, Intune)
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Understanding of IT compliance concepts and security best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in technology, SaaS, or startup environments
- Exposure to compliance frameworks (e.g. SOC 2, ISO 27001)
- Experience supporting regional or global teams
