About Trinax

Trinax delivers immersive digital experiences and large-scale interactive installations across exhibitions, brand spaces, and public environments. Our IT and AV Operations team ensures that deployed systems - including large-format displays, projection systems, audio setups, and supporting IT infrastructure - remain reliable, secure, and operational throughout their lifecycle.

We are seeking an IT Operations Manager with a strong Audio Visual (AV) background to lead our operations team, manage service delivery, and ensure operational excellence across client sites and projects.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on operational leadership role, suited for candidates who have progressed from AV / IT operations or field service roles and are experienced in managing teams supporting large displays, projection systems, and immersive AV environments.

- Provide technical guidance and on-site escalation support when required.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify training and skills development needs.

Project Deployment Support
- Provide operational oversight for new project installations and deployments.
- Support on-site coordination during critical project phases when required.
- Ensure proper handover from project deployment into steady-state maintenance and support.
- Validate system readiness, documentation, and asset records before go-live.

Asset & Inventory Management
- Ensure the company's asset inventory (AV equipment, IT hardware, tools, spares) is accurate, up to date, and well maintained.
- Track asset allocation across office, warehouse, and client sites.
- Manage asset lifecycle activities, including repairs, replacements, and decommissioning.
- Ensure proper labelling, documentation, and records for deployed systems.

Client & Vendor Coordination
- Act as the primary operational contact for clients on maintenance and support matters.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and OEMs for servicing, warranties, and replacements.
- Manage service appointments, site access, and on-site coordination.
- Ensure service quality and response times meet client and contractual expectations.

Workplace Safety & Compliance
- Serve as the appointed Workplace Safety Officer (WSO) or key liaison.
- Ensure risk assessments, safety briefings, and safe work procedures are in place for installations and maintenance activities.
- Enforce compliance with WSH requirements across all operational activities.

Process Improvement & Reporting
- Review and improve operational workflows, checklists, and documentation.
- Monitor recurring faults and work with the team to reduce repeat incidents.
- Prepare regular operational reports covering:
