IT Operations Manager For Sensor Solutions
The Operations Manager will assist with technical assessments, project coordination, solution deployment, and operational support for Airport IT solutions and Managed Services in a mission-critical 24/7 environment.
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external airport stakeholders to support incident troubleshooting and resolution, under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Work with technical teams and vendors to gather requirements, prepare documentation, and support the development of technical solutions and performance measures.
- Support project and change management activities to ensure solutions meet technical, functional, performance, and business requirements.
- Assist with daily operations, monitoring, maintenance, compliance, and enhancement of Airport IT systems across terminals, including 24/7 standby or support rotations when required.
- Review and improve business and IT processes as part of continuous improvement efforts.
- Assist in evaluating emerging technologies such as automation, AI-assisted operations, cloud platforms, endpoint security, IoT devices, and digital passenger systems.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, SOPs, inventory records, and operational checklists.
Requirements:
- Willing to work 2 days WFH, 3 days onsite
- At least 3 years of experience in technical domains as Operations Manager and sensor solutions will be an advantage
- ITSM or basic project management certification, such as ITIL Foundation or CAPM, would be advantageous.
- Expertise of networking, system administration, cloud technologies, or cybersecurity would be beneficial.
- Self-motivated and adaptable in a dynamic 24/7 operational environment.
