We are looking for a strategic and hands-on IT Operations Lead to take ownership of end-to-end technical delivery.
What you'll be doing:
- Overseeing end-to-end IT delivery to ensure peak performance across all infrastructure and security services.
- Driving the adoption of ITIL workflows (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
- Leading and mentoring a multi-disciplinary team of 5+ engineers across Network, Systems, and Cybersecurity.
- Managing the lifecycle of security initiatives, infra migrations, and system upgrades.
- Ensuring robust operational governance, including IT compliance, DR, and BCP.
What you bring to the table:
- Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related tech field.
- 5+ years of experience in ITSM and Technical Delivery.
- 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory role.
- Strong technical oversight spanning Cisco, VMware/Windows/RHEL, and modern Cyber Security stacks (Firewalls/SIEM/EDR).
- ITIL Certification (v3/v4).
