With over 35 clinic locations islandwide, the clinic provides comprehensive primary healthcare services, including acute consultations, minor procedures, statutory check-ups, health screenings, and vaccinations. The team consists of more than 200 committed professionals, including clinic assistants, nurses, doctors, and administrative staff, striving to make a difference in healthcare delivery.

Operations Executive (Salary Range: $3,000 - $3,500) Job Description:

A. IT Infrastructure & Technical Support

1. Provide first-line technical support for clinic hardware, software, networks, internet connectivity, and peripheral devices.

2. Diagnose and resolve issues involving workstations, laptops, printers, scanners, Wi-Fi, medical devices, and other IT equipment, both remotely and on-site.

3. Install, configure, maintain, upgrade, and replace IT hardware and software, including operating systems, security patches, drivers, and applications.

4. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for escalated technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and service delivery.

5. Maintain IT asset inventories, track equipment lifecycle, and recommend upgrades or replacements when necessary.

6. Support backup, recovery, business continuity processes, and ensure compliance with IT security, cybersecurity, and access control policies.

B. Systems Administration & Application Support

1. Administer user accounts, permissions, role-based access, and system security across operational platforms.

2. Provide ongoing support for clinic management systems,productivity tools, and other business applications.

3. Investigate system issues, coordinate with software vendors for advanced troubleshooting, and support system enhancements and upgrades.

4. Develop and maintain user and troubleshooting guides

5. Gather user feedback and recommend process or system improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

C. Facilities & Clinic Infrastructure Management

1. Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and infrastructure-related activities across all clinic locations.

2. Conduct site inspections, identify facility issues, and recommend or implement corrective actions.

3. Liaise with landlords, MCSTs, Town Councils, contractors, and service providers regarding facility and infrastructure matters.

4. Manage repairs and maintenance involving electrical systems, plumbing, air-conditioning, lighting, pest control, signage, furniture, fixtures, and other operational assets.

5. Procure minor equipment, supplies, and facility-related resources as required.

6. Maintain maintenance records, service schedules, vendor documentation, and proactively identify improvement opportunities.

D. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

1. Act as the primary point of contact between clinics and external vendors for IT, facilities, telecommunications, and maintenance services.

2. Manage vendor performance, monitor service delivery, and ensure agreed service levels are met.

3. Source quotations, evaluate proposals, and coordinate procurement activities where required.

  • 4. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring timely communication, coordination, and follow-up.
