IT Operation Specialist

The IT Operations Support Specialist is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting critical applications and system infrastructure to ensure smooth and secure operations. This role involves real-time incident handling, routine system checks, adherence to operational procedures, and coordination with cross-functional support teams.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and Manage Applications:

Oversee and support operational applications such as ACS, CCTV, KMS, and other related systems to ensure optimal performance.

Real-Time Incident Response:

Respond promptly to system alerts, alarms, and incidents, taking appropriate actions to minimize downtime and service disruption.

Routine System Health Checks:

Perform daily health checks, batch job monitoring, and scheduled operational tasks to maintain system stability and availability.

Issue Escalation:

Identify and escalate critical or unresolved issues to the appropriate support teams according to established escalation procedures.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational logs, incident reports, and system records to ensure traceability and compliance.

Execute SOPs:

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for system recovery, maintenance, and operational workflows.

Compliance & Security:

Ensure all operational activities adhere to LDC policies, security protocols, and governance requirements.

Requirements

Diploma and above in any field

Ideal for candidates with 1 – 2 years of experience or recent graduates

Special Knowledge or Skills

Certifications (Preferred): ITIL Foundation, or similar.
