About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on IT & Office Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day technical operations and workplace administration.
This role sits at the intersection of IT support, digital tools, and office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment while supporting ongoing digital initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
IT Support & Systems
- Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and user-related issues
- Assist with setup, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, and business applications
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding (account setup, access, equipment)
- Maintain IT inventory and liaise with vendors for procurement and support
Infrastructure & Compliance
- Support basic server and network infrastructure maintenance (e.g., connectivity, equipment checks)
- Ensure adherence to internal IT policies and local compliance requirements
- Assist in internal and external audits where required
Digital & Business Support
- Support adoption and usage of digital tools, including AI-enabled solutions
- Assist in testing and rollout of new systems or enhancements
- Provide technical support for meetings, presentations, and company events
- Maintain shared platforms such as distribution lists and internal communication channels
Office Operations
- Support general office administration including facilities coordination and vendor management
- Assist with visitor management, incoming calls, and office logistics
- Coordinate basic facility upkeep (equipment, workspace readiness, etc.)
- Support administrative tasks such as invoice processing and documentation
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Prior IT support experience is an advantage
- Basic understanding of IT troubleshooting (hardware/software)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and workplace systems (e.g., Windows environment, SharePoint)
- Interest in digital tools, automation, or AI technologies is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders across functions
- Proactive, detail-oriented and service-oriented mindset
