IT Network & Security Administrator

Key Responsibilities

Network & Infrastructure

·      Manage and maintain network infrastructure, Hands-on (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, firewalls)

·      Oversee rollout and operations of SD-WAN, with future roadmap into ZTNA / SASE

·      Ensure uptime and performance across HQ and retail stores

·      Lead telco management (circuits, SIMs, provisioning, escalations)

·      Support new store setup and project-based infrastructure deployment

Cybersecurity & Governance

·      Own and drive Cyber Trust Mark and Data Protection Trust Mark (DPTM) requirements

·      Implement and validate network security controls, segmentation, and access policies

·      Manage and review external VAPT vendors and remediation tracking

·      Conduct and support internal VAPT / security testing exercises

·      Ensure alignment with security best practices and audit requirements

Cyber Insurance & Incident Readiness

·      Act as the main point of contact for cyber insurance and IRM vendor

·      Coordinate incident response requirements, reporting, and readiness

·      Ensure controls meet insurer expectations and policy obligations

Cloud & Security Operations

·      Manage and maintain firewall environments (on-prem and cloud)

·      Work with Azure networking components, including Azure Firewall

·      Support secure connectivity between on-prem, cloud, and vendors

Operations, Support & Vendor Management

·      Troubleshoot network and security incidents end-to-end

·      Work closely with vendors for delivery, escalation, and issue resolution

·      Provide on-site support at retail stores when required for incident resolution or deployment

·      Handle ad-hoc IT operational support where needed across infrastructure and systems

·      Maintain documentation (network diagrams, SOPs, security controls)

Requirements

·      Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in network and security roles

·      Strong knowledge of firewalls, routing, switching, VPN, and network design

·      Experience managing multi-site environments

·      Exposure to VAPT, security audits, or compliance frameworks

·      Experience handling external vendors and security assessments

·      Familiar with telco provisioning and infrastructure rollout

·      Must be physically on-site in Singapore and travel to stores when required

·      Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive initiatives independently
