About the role

We are looking for a hands-on, business-oriented IT Manager to lead the local technology function in Singapore. You will act as the bridge between local business stakeholders and the global technology organization, helping the business use technology in practical ways to improve day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities

- Act as the main local point of contact between business users and technology teams

- Oversee and coordinate local IT operations, infrastructure, and user support

- Translate business needs into practical technology requirements

- Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, dashboards, and digital tools

- Support reporting visibility and better use of data for business decisions

- Coordinate with vendors and corporate teams on local technology needs

- Contribute to digitalization and process improvement initiatives

What we are looking for

- 5-8 years of experience in IT, business technology, or digital transformation

- Some leadership exposure, ideally coordinating small teams or local IT functions

- Practical experience working with business stakeholders, not only technical teams

- Exposure to process improvement, automation, or digitalization initiatives

- Familiarity with cloud tools, dashboards, reporting, or workflow automation

- Exposure to AI or automation tools is a plus

- Strong communication skills, curiosity, and learning agility

- Fluent English required

- Based in Singapore; Singapore Citizen or PR preferred
