Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an IT Manager / Senior IT Specialist / IT Support Specialist, based in Singapore, which allows for a combination of onsite and remote work. The role involves managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and implementing IT-related projects. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, ensuring cybersecurity protocols are adhered to, coordinating with external vendors, and optimizing IT systems to meet business needs. The specialist will also provide training and documentation for end-users as needed and contribute to the organization's IT strategy and improvements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in IT infrastructure management, including hardware, software, and network systems
• Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills to diagnose and resolve IT issues effectively
• Experience in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity protocols
• Excellent communication, documentation, and training skills for end-user support
• Ability to manage IT projects and coordinate with external vendors effectively
• Knowledge of industry-specific IT compliance and best practices
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, ITIL, CompTIA) are advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
