IT Manager (Include Website, AI & DigitalTransformation)

We're looking for a motivated and proactive IT Manager (Include Website, AI & Digital Transformation) to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the maintenance and development of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

. Manage the company's IT infrastructure, hardware,software and network.

. Administer and enhance the ERP system and otherbusiness applications.

. Manage and maintain all company websites and digitalplatforms.

. Lead AI implementation and digital transformationacross the company.

. Identify and automate manual processes to improveproductivity and efficiency.

. Develop AI solutions to support Sales, Operations,Kitchen, Finance, HR and Customer Service.

. Ensure cybersecurity, data protection and systembackups.

. Provide IT support and training to users.

. Manage IT vendors, software licenses and technologyprojects.

. Research and implement new technologies to supportbusiness growth.

. Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

. Experience in managing/developing IT Systems (ERPCatering systems) preferred

. Strong sense of responsibility and ownership

. Fast, organized, and detail-oriented

. Able to work in a structured SOP & KPI environment

. Good communication skills

. Bachelor's Degree or higher holders preferred.
