Responsibilities
- Manage and support the Singapore office network (LAN/VLAN, internet, VPN).
- Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade network hardware/software (routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi).
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and security issues.
- Maintain network documentation, user access, authentication, and permissions.
- Liaise with HQ teams and vendors to ensure compliance with group and industry standards.
- Act as Information Security Lead: develop and implement security policies, conduct assessments, training, and incident response.
- Support security, corporate, and internal audits.
Requirements
Must-Have
- Hands-on IT experience across end-user support (L1/L2), network administration, and basic security operations.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows 11, and iOS environments.
- Hands-on support experience with Palo Alto and/or Fortinet products.
- Experience in cybersecurity or information security roles (policies, training, incident response).
- Familiar with service ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow).
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
