Our client is a premier financial services provider specializing in wealth management and legacy planning. We are seeking a strategic yet hands-on IT leader to drive our regional infrastructure, security, and vendor ecosystem, ensuring our technology remains as robust and reliable as our financial advice.
Responsibilities:
1. Infrastructure Strategy & Regional Operations
- Design & Optimize: Lead the architectural design, implementation, and maintenance of the Group's IT networks and cloud/on-prem systems.
- Performance Excellence: Ensure 99.9% availability and scalability of IT services across all regional offices.
- Business Continuity: Direct all disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning (BCP) initiatives to safeguard client data and operational uptime.
2. Cybersecurity & Regulatory Compliance
- Governance: Develop and enforce IT security policies and governance frameworks aligned with financial industry standards.
- Regulatory Alignment: Ensure strict compliance with regional data protection laws (e.g., PDPA) and cybersecurity mandates.
- Risk Mitigation: Oversee continuous security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response, while managing periodic internal and external audits.
3. Strategic Vendor & Partner Governance
- Ecosystem Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors, software developers, and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
- SLA Accountability: Negotiate contracts and hold partners accountable to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure cost-efficiency and technical excellence.
- Solution Delivery: Ensure third-party software and infrastructure solutions integrate seamlessly with Grandtag's business requirements.
4. Service Excellence & User Support
- Help Desk Leadership: Partner with external vendors to manage the IT Help Desk, ensuring rapid resolution of end-user issues.
- KPI Management: Define and monitor KPIs for incident management to maintain a high standard of White Glove support for our staff and advisors.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: . Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure.
- Proven track record in Network Administration and Systems Management.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of IT security protocols, cloud infrastructure, and modern hardware/software environments.
- Vendor Management: Strong experience in managing third-party service providers and outsourced help desk functions.
- Industry Context: Previous experience in Financial Services, Insurance, or Wealth Management is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and the ability to translate complex technical needs into business value.
