We are partnering with a growing healthcare organisation undergoing digital transformation. They are looking for an IT Manager to lead IT operations, drive digital initiatives, and support the organisation's adoption of automation and AI technologies.
This role will play a key part in delivering scalable systems, improving operational efficiency, and aligning technology solutions with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the IT function, ensuring effective delivery of priorities and outcomes
- Drive the organisation's technology roadmap, with a focus on applications, automation, and digital initiatives
- Own end-to-end delivery of IT projects, from scoping and prioritisation to implementation and rollout
- Oversee business applications, ensuring performance, reliability, and alignment with operational needs
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation and AI to improve productivity and decision-making
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions
- Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and user experience
- Establish governance, standards, and best practices for IT and project delivery
- Monitor project performance, risks, and outcomes, providing clear updates to leadership
- Build and develop a high-performing IT team
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in IT, digital, or technology-related roles
- Proven track record of delivering IT or digital initiatives end-to-end
- Excellent ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions
- Effective stakeholder management with good commercial awareness
- Exposure to or interest in AI, automation, or data-driven initiatives
