Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute IT strategy aligned with business objectives and regional HQ frameworks.
- Establish and enforce IT governance, policies, SOPs, and security standards.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, and business applications across head office and project sites.
- Lead IT setup for new project sites, including networks, hardware, and software deployment.
- Manage internal and outsourced IT teams, vendors, budgets, and service performance.
- Implement cybersecurity controls, risk management, and disaster recovery plans.
- Partner with senior management and project teams to support operational and project needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, business applications, governance, compliance, cybersecurity and risk management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in construction or project-based environment is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

- Salary: up to S$10,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
