Key Responsibilities
- Microsoft 365 Security Secure and manage Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and Microsoft Defender globally.
- Identity Protection Oversee Azure/Hybrid AD, Conditional Access, MFA, and Entra ID governance.
- Threat Detection & Response Monitor, investigate, and mitigate alerts across cloud and collaboration platforms.
- Email Security Lead enterprise email protection (Mimecast), enforce policies, and defend against phishing.
- Cloud Governance Manage Azure and AWS configurations with a focus on IAM, access control, and visibility.
- Policy & Compliance Implement frameworks that align with global standards and regulatory requirements.
- Budget & Cost Optimization Oversee cloud budgets, track usage, and drive cost-saving initiatives.
- Documentation & Audit Support Maintain SOPs, security standards, and risk registers to support audits.
- Global Collaboration Align regional IT teams and vendors with consistent security standards.
- Team Development Build capabilities and shape future cloud security and collaboration functions.
Requirements
- 5+ years in IT security/cloud operations, including 2+ years in leadership.
- Strong Microsoft 365 admin and cloud security expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AD, Conditional Access, MFA, and Microsoft Defender.
- Email security knowledge (Mimecast preferred).
- Familiarity with Azure/AWS (IAM, alerts, governance).
- Confident stakeholder/vendor management across technical and non-technical teams.
- Certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, CISSP, CCSP) highly valued.
