IT Manager (Central Location, Corporate Office, Perm)

We are seeking a hands-on IT Manager to oversee and drive IT operations at our Singapore site, ensuring systems are secure, stable, and aligned with business needs.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to operations—leading a team, partnering stakeholders, and ensuring IT runs effectively on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the SG-based IT team to deliver reliable, SLA-driven services
• Oversee IT operations across infrastructure, networks, and end-user environment
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and provide effective IT solutions
• Ensure strong cybersecurity compliance and adherence to IT policies
• Manage incidents, service levels, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead site-level IT projects and ensure smooth implementation
• Oversee vendor performance and IT asset lifecycle management

Job Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role
• Strong technical expertise in:
• Servers, networks, and end-user systems
• VMware, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
• Storage technologies (SAN/NAS)
• Good understanding of IT governance and cybersecurity practices
• Strong stakeholder management and hands-on leadership approach
