We are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on IT Manager (APAC) to lead our APAC IT operations. This is a crucial role for a self-starter who is comfortable managing a regional team while also providing direct, technical support. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a proven track record of project management, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Team and User Management

• Lead and mentor a regional team of IT professionals located in Taiwan and India.
• Provide remote support to over 200 users across India, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Australia, and Singapore.
• Manage user lifecycle, including account creation, onboarding, and offboarding for new hires and leavers in both Windows AD and Office 365.
• Be the main point of contact for IT issues for 40+ on-site users in the Singapore office, ensuring all issues are handled with professionalism and urgency.

Technical and Project Management

• Be a very hands-on technical resource, providing direct support for laptops, troubleshooting issues, and managing online licenses for tools like MS Office and Zoom.
• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including Windows AD, Office 365, AWS, and Azure environments.
• Plan and lead upcoming projects, including the Singapore office relocation and network infrastructure upgrade, and maintenance of online licenses.
• Oversee future projects such as network infrastructure upgrades in Japan, Taiwan, and Bangalore.
• Proactively identify and propose projects to streamline manual processes and improve efficiency.
• Work on ongoing projects such as Autopilot customization for APAC and SmartDeploy image deployment enhancements.

skills and experience required
Extensive experience with Windows AD and Office 365 administration. Proven experience managing IT operations in a multi-country, regional environment.

Experience with network infrastructure setup and maintenance. Proven ability to manage a small, geographically distributed team.

Strong hands-on experience in a helpdesk or IT support role, with a willingness to be a hands-on contributor.

Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and time zones.

Whats on offer
