Responsibilities:
- Understand customer business, technical, and operational requirements, and identify managed service opportunities.
- Design managed service solutions, including service architecture, operating models, support structures, and service scope.
- Develop ITSM processes, SLAs, KPIs, reporting, and governance models based on customer requirements.
- Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and customer requirements, and prepare proposals, solution documents, cost estimates, and presentations.
- Work closely with Sales, Service Delivery, Technical Teams, and Vendors to develop and deliver suitable solutions.
- Support service transition, onboarding, operational readiness, and continuous service improvement.
- Partner with the Sales team to generate new opportunities, drive upsell and cross-sell activities, and achieve revenue and sales targets.
Requirements:
- With 3 - 5 years of experience in Managed Services, IT Consulting, Presales, Service Delivery, or Solution Architecture.
- Experience working in an MSP, System Integrator, Telecommunications Provider, Cloud Provider, or Enterprise IT environment.
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL), including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Level Management.
- Experience in customer-facing activities such as requirements gathering, workshops, proposal development, and presentations.
- Strong communication, presentation, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
- ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, ISO27001, Cloud certifications are advantageous.
