IT M&A Director / Senior Manager

About the Role
Global consulting firm are seeking an experienced IT M&A Director or Senior Manager to join the growing team in Singapore. This role focuses on leading and delivering complex IT due diligence and post-merger integration projects across a range of industries. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to shape deal strategy, assess technology environments, and drive value creation through successful transaction execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead IT due diligence engagements for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-outs
- Assess IT landscapes, including applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management
- Identify risks, synergies, and value creation opportunities
- Develop and execute IT integration and separation strategies
- Manage cross-functional teams and client relationships throughout the deal lifecycle
- Provide strategic advice to C-suite stakeholders and private equity clients
- Support business development through proposal development and client presentations
Requirements
- Strong background in management consulting (essential)
- Proven experience in IT M&A, IT due diligence, or post-merger integration
- Deep understanding of enterprise IT architecture and systems
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple workstreams
- Willingness and ability to relocate to Singapore
