Job Description

Scope of Service

The Project Manager (EUC) shall lead EUC workplace services delivery including standardisation, operations optimization, and project implementation. The role involves managing deployments, stakeholder coordination, operational readiness, and governance documentation for workplace services across WOG and WOG/SSOE environments.

Minimum Educational Qualification

The Project Manager (EUC) shall preferably possess a Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer or Information Technology or related disciplines.

Skill Level Requirement

The candidate shall be assessed at Associate Consultant level, i.e., with less than 4 years of relevant experience.

Work Experience

Workplace Services

a. Endpoint provisioning and lifecycle management standardisation - delivery of standard processes/artefacts covering onboarding/offboarding/device swaps and asset tracking include adoption/rollout evidence.

b. BAU operations optimization for Microsoft 365, Zscaler, DNS, Remote Browser Isolation (RBI), Mail Exchange service - delivery of at least 1 BAU optimisation initiative with measurable outcomes where possible.

c. Mobile device management enhancement - delivery of at least one (1) improvement with rollout scale and post-rollout stabilisation outcomes.

d. Print services and SharePoint governance implementation - delivery of governance/enablement outputs and coordination of implementation with evidence of operational stabilisation.

e. Enablement of WOG/SSOE devices for agency-developed applications - delivery of at least 1 enablement engagement with outcome such as successful go-live and reduced access issues.

Digital Transformation Projects

f. End-user request workflow digitalisation via standardised forms/workflows - delivery of at least 1 end-to-end workflow.

g. RPA/Power Automate workflow implementation and optimization - delivery of at least 1 automation (new or optimised) with change/release records and measurable reduction of manual steps/errors.

h. Self-help knowledgebase and user education material development - creation/maintenance of knowledge with quantity produced and effectiveness tracking approach.

i. Centralised account management process improvement across WOG/SSOE - delivery.

Infrastructure and Technology Refresh Projects

j. Clinical end-user environment technology refresh or office relocation project - coordination of at least 1 refresh deployment with rollout plan, readiness checklist, comms plan, and stabilisation outcomes.
