You will assist in system testing, automation setup, and user workflow validation across our enterprise applications. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on IT project experience in a real-world setting.
Scope of Work
- Understand user and system requirements through documentation and user discussions
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to identify, track, coordinate and resolve defects with vendors to ensure smooth production delivery
- Set up and execute automated test using testing tools (eg. Testim)
- Support transparent communication between stakeholders through proper documentations
- Prepare/update technical documentations (user requirements, test specs) and reporting
- Collaborate and provide progress updates with IT team and stakeholders
Preferred Skills
- Possess basic hands-on experience with at least one programming language such as Java
- Experience with automated test tools such as Testim would be an advantage
Requirements
- Currently pursing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Able to demonstrate ability in learning new technologies quickly and have a strong interest in software development, testing and automation.
- Able to communicate, work independently and collaboratively in team settings
- Able to commit to at least a 6 months internship
