Key Contributions
- Support system stabilisation and user adoption during ZOLO rollout
- Assist in ZOLO-EPICOR integration, including data validation and scheduled synchronisation
- Document system workflows, data flows, and interface dependencies to improve process clarity
- Provide first-level troubleshooting support and tracked system issues to resolution
- Map and analyse end-to-end order fulfilment processes, identifying automation opportunities
- Develop SOPs, user guides, and structured workflow documentation
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and consolidated user feedback for system improvements
- Prepare operational reports and dashboards to support performance monitoring
