Overview
We are looking for a motivated IT Intern to support our AI initiatives aimed at improving and automating current operational processes. This role provides hands-on exposure to real-world AI applications, data handling, and system implementation within a business environment.
Students from ITE, Polytechnic, or University are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with data acquisition, digitalisation, conversion, and organisation of raw data for AI and analytics projects
- Support the development of AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and automate manual processes
- Contribute to coding tasks, including AI model development, training, testing, and performance evaluation
- Perform basic data analysis and generate visualisations to support business insights and reporting
- Assist in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting software applications (e.g. Zoho and related tools)
- Support project implementation, including testing, deployment, and monitoring
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and progress reports
- Provide general IT and system support where required
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields (ITE, Polytechnic, or University)
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Python and/or Java
- Interest or exposure to Artificial Intelligence concepts
- Familiarity with data handling, APIs, or automation tools is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
