Responsibilities:
. Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
. Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including setting up laptops, emails, and other necessary accounts.
. Maintain and update IT documentation and inventory records.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to improve efficiency in work processes.
. Support the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
. Participate in IT projects and initiatives to enhance the company's technology landscape.
Requirements:
. Currently enrolled in a polytechnic program, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of IT systems and networks.
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
. Positive attitude and a proactive approach.
