Key Responsibilities:
- Integration Leadership: Lead the planning and execution of IT integration activities across infrastructure, applications, data, and security domains.
- Executive Communication & Presence: Serve as a key liaison to executive leadership, providing clear, concise updates and facilitating decision-making at the highest levels.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with global IT teams, business units, and external partners to align on integration goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to support user adoption, minimize disruption, and ensure a smooth transition for impacted teams.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and dependencies, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues as needed.
- Vendor & Partner Coordination: Manage third-party vendors and consultants involved in the integration process, ensuring accountability and quality delivery.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure all integration activities comply with IT governance, data privacy, and cybersecurity standards.
- Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates to executive sponsors and steering committees, including status reports, KPIs, and financial summaries.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, program management, or related discipline is required.
- 8+ years of IT project/program management experience, including 3+ years leading M&A or global integration initiatives.
- Experience developing and institutionalizing standards, frameworks, or playbooks for complex IT programs.
- Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise accurate judgment
- Ability to operate with executive presence and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience leading global teams and cross-border projects
- Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of enterprise IT systems, infrastructure, and cloud platforms.
Qualifications:
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
- Must be comfortable in matrix management environments and work effectively with others in managing complex projects and proven track record of successfully leading teams of consultants through entire project life cycle process
- Master's degree in related field
