About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Manager to lead our regional technology operations and security posture. This role is responsible for designing secure network architectures, driving cybersecurity governance, managing multi-country IT support teams, and ensuring our organisation meets the highest standards of compliance and certifications.
You will play a key leadership role across infrastructure, security operations, incident response, identity lifecycle management, and vendor governance while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across all sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure network architecture (segmentation, VLANs, firewalls, VPN, Wi-Fi security).
- Establish and enforce network configuration baselines and best practices across all locations.
- Lead cybersecurity governance including MFA, RBAC, access reviews, policy enforcement, and SOP compliance.
- Drive readiness for CyberTrust/CSA and ISO 27001 certifications, including evidence collection and audit coordination.
- Oversee incident response operations, maintain IR playbooks, manage escalations, and conduct root-cause/post-incident reviews.
- Manage identity lifecycle processes (joiner/mover/leaver) for employees, vendors, and contractors.
- Lead vulnerability management, patch governance, threat monitoring, and continuous security hardening.
- Manage a regional Helpdesk team to ensure consistent SLA delivery and service quality.
- Maintain and improve Helpdesk SOPs, knowledge bases, FAQs, and self-help resources.
- Plan and execute infrastructure refreshes involving network devices, firewalls, and endpoint security.
- Manage technology vendors/MSPs, ensuring SLA compliance, cost optimisation, and capability building.
- Conduct organisation-wide cybersecurity awareness and phishing training.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, asset inventory, network diagrams, and audit-ready records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- 5-10 years of IT experience with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or team lead role.
- Strong experience in managing multi-site network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing/switching, Wi-Fi security, firewall & VPN).
- Proven leadership in cybersecurity governance, access controls, and compliance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with incident response, vulnerability management, and threat monitoring.
