Led and contributed to infrastructure-related initiatives such as technology refreshes, system upgrades, migrations, and the development of new IT infrastructure capabilities.
Supported day-to-day business-as-usual (BAU) operations, including incident management, service request fulfillment, change management, and application support in accordance with ITIL practices.
Coordinated and led IT Disaster Recovery (DR) activities, including recovery strategy development, planning, testing, and execution in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
Assisted in IT audit preparation, execution, and remediation activities.
Ensured IT solutions and service delivery complied with internal policies, procedures, standards, and regulatory or compliance requirements.
Developed, documented, and maintained IT operations procedures and standards within the organizational knowledge base.
Performed system and network patching, capacity planning, and performance monitoring to ensure stability and availability.
Assessed system and infrastructure performance and recommended improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and security.
Ensured data was handled, transferred, and processed in accordance with established company guidelines and governance processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent
Over 5 years of strong hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and IT operations.
Solid expertise in Microsoft Windows Server, Azure Cloud, End User Computing, Active Directory, virtualization, networking, backup and recovery, and security technologies.
Experience in Financial Services (Banking and Insurance) environments; knowledge of MAS Technology Risk Management (TRM) frameworks is an advantage.
Relevant professional certifications (e.g. Microsoft, Azure, Networking, Security) are advantageous.
Strong knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management (ITSM); project management experience is a plus.
Proven ability to manage internal stakeholders, end users, and external vendors effectively.
Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
