Installation and configuration support for all aspects of network infrastructure, data centre, and both on-premises and cloud-hosted services.
Lead the analysis and resolution of issues for infrastructure-managed systems.
Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance to align with KPIs and SLAs.
Deliver ICT infrastructure projects and address other operational requirements as needed.
Provide and analyze data for reporting on infrastructure assets, performance, and monitoring.
Provide technical support for infrastructure, servers, networks, and cloud design.
Manage and maintain a wide range of infrastructure systems and services, including security, networking, remote access, system configuration, and administrative tools.
Manage support tickets through the helpdesk system.
Ensure training remains up to date and appropriate for the estate.
Take responsibility for the delivery of allocated projects.
Liaise with other teams to share and improve the flow of information.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Higher NITEC in Data Centre Infrastructure & Operation or IT related course.
Hands-on experience with network and infrastructure solutions.
Participate in standby support to ensure system availability and incident response.
