About the role
We're looking for a proactive IT InfrastructureExecutive to join our team. In this role, you will be the go-to person for all IT-related issues - ensuring smooth daily operations across both office and client premises. You will provide timely technical assistance, maintain system reliability and contribute to ongoing IT improvements within the organization.
What You Will Be Doing
We're Looking For Someone Who's
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk or Technical Support
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, VMware, Microsoft Office, Backup Solution and SaaS applications
Skilled in troubleshooting, system configuration and IT asset management
Highly organized, independent and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
Service-oriented and collaborative team player
Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
