About the Role
This role will involve in supporting all IT EUC activities and facilities, to ensure users can effectively and productively use established and / or new innovative collaboration technologies, maintain good user experience, including AI/ML, office automation tools, desktop, and mobility technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Network Project Management
- Lead end-to-end network infrastructure projects from initiation to closure
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables
- Manage project risks, issues, and change requests
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions
2. Network Architecture Review & Analysis
- Review and evaluate vendor-proposed network architectures and designs
- Conduct technical assessments of network solutions against business requirements
- Analyse network topology, capacity planning, and scalability considerations
- Validate security implementations and compliance with organisational policies
- Provide detailed technical recommendations and improvement suggestions
- Ensure proposed solutions align with enterprise architecture standards
3. Technical Consultation & Design
- Provide expert technical consultation on network infrastructure matters
- Develop network design specifications and technical documentation
- Conduct feasibility studies for network modernisation initiatives
- Support RFP/RFQ processes with technical requirements and evaluation criteria
- Review and approve network implementation plans and procedures
4. Vendor Management & Oversight
- Manage relationships with network solution vendors and service providers
- Evaluate vendor capabilities and technical proposals
- Oversee vendor performance and deliverable quality
- Conduct technical discussions and negotiations with vendors
- Ensure vendor compliance with contractual and technical requirements
5. Standards & Compliance
- Ensure network implementations comply with security standards and policies
- Maintain network documentation and configuration management
- Implement network monitoring and performance management practices
- Support audit activities and compliance reporting
- Drive adoption of industry best practices and standards
Requirement:
. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
. Minimum 3 years enterprise EUC experience
. Strong Windows 10/11 enterprise deployment expertise
. Proven experience with SCCM/Intune
. Active Directory and Group Policy management
. Experience in managing collaboration tools (Office 365, Video Conferencing) in a large enterprise setup
. Basic network infrastructure knowledge
. Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or equivalent
. Relevant technical certifications such as CompTIA A+
. ITIL Foundation preferred
. Skills PowerShell scripting
. Enterprise software deployment
. Security implementation
. Technical documentation
. Problem-solving capabilities
