  • Minimum 3-5 years enterprise EUC experience
  • Strong Windows 10/11 enterprise deployment expertise
  • Proven experience with SCCM/Intune o Active Directory and Group Policy management
  • Experience in managing collaboration tools (Office 365, Video Conferencing) in a large enterprise setup o Basic network infrastructure knowledge
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or equivalent
  • Relevant technical certifications such as CompTIA A+
  • ITIL Foundation preferred
