Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and upgrade servers, networks, and related systems
- Perform asset management and maintain accurate records
- Monitor infrastructure health and security on a daily basis
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and network issues
- Manage and document change management processes
- Respond to incidents and service requests within SLA
- Liaise with vendors and service providers
- Automate tasks using Bash/PowerShell and scripting languages (e.g. Python, Perl)
- Support infrastructure projects and ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (Engineer level)
- Strong troubleshooting skills using log analysis and systematic problem tracing
- Servers: Windows Server, Red Hat
- Hypervisors: Hyper-V, VMware, Nutanix
- Networking: Cisco, Aruba, Dell, HPE
- Backup: NetBackup, Veeam, Cohesity
- Storage: Hitachi, Pure Storage, HPE, Dell EMC
