Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise in IT infrastructure, including networking, cabling, and physical infrastructure support
- Plan and execute server room relocations and infrastructure moves with minimal service disruption
- Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot structured cabling systems (fiber and copper)
- Support network infrastructure setup, configuration, and maintenance (switches, routers, patch panels)
- Assist in infrastructure expansion projects, including new site readiness and system rollouts
- Provide on-site IT infrastructure support for the expansion and transition to module and shaft repair operations at P46
- Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure infrastructure requirements are met
- Ensure all infrastructure work complies with safety standards, site regulations, and best practices
- Maintain accurate documentation of network layouts, cabling diagrams, and infrastructure changes
- Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution related to physical and network infrastructure
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, or equivalent, in relevant discipline
- Minimum 3 years experience in Infra support & IT security preferably
- Ability to perform Infrastructure trouble-shooting with experience in the use of diagnostic programs and tools
Key Requirements
- Analytical, competent, able to work independently and self-motivated and with good-problem solving skills
- Fluent in English and writing
- Currently residing in Singapore
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
Job Type: Full-Time Staff on Annual Term Contract
Contract Length: 12 months (Renewable)
Experience: IT Infrastructure Support - Minimum 3 years (Preferred)

Work Arrangement: 100% In Person Onsite
