IT Infrastructure Engineer - Collaboration
Supporting 350+ schools, 450,000 students, and 35,000 staff across Singapore
Your Main Job
Manage and improve the collaboration tools (Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace) used across all MOE schools. You're the go-to person for SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Keep things running
- Monitor and maintain M365 and Google Workspace platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Ensure platforms are secure and compliant with government IT policies
Build and improve
- Lead migrations from old on-premises SharePoint to the cloud
- Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell, Python, and Microsoft Graph API
- Integrate different tools so they work seamlessly together
Support users
- Write guides and documentation for end users
- Run training sessions to help staff use the tools effectively
Manage and lead
- Work with stakeholders to turn business needs into technical solutions
- Develop governance policies and standard procedures for M365
- Manage vendors and project budgets
- Mentor junior team members
What You Need
- 3+ years with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online migrations
- Knowledge of security tools - Intune, Defender, Purview, Active Directory
- Can write scripts (PowerShell, Python) to automate tasks
- Good communicator - comfortable with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Able to work independently and juggle multiple projects
Nice to have: Microsoft 365 or ITIL certification
