We are looking to speak to IT Infrastructure Directors with a strong background in End User Computing (EUC) to lead enterprise-wide digital infrastructure and workplace technology initiatives. This role is responsible for defining IT strategy, overseeing large-scale operations, and ensuring the delivery of secure, reliable, and scalable end-user services that enhance productivity and business performance.
The ideal candidate brings strong operational leadership, experience in complex IT environments, and the ability to partner closely with senior stakeholders to drive meaningful transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT leadership in digital strategy and operational planning by: Collaborating with cross-functional technology teams to ensure the successful rollout of shared digital products and services across onboarded organizations; Overseeing efficient on-site operations and support for standardized desktop, network, and productivity application environments.
- Review enterprise-wide initiatives and programs to identify opportunities for greater efficiency, scalability, and workforce optimization.
- Align participating organizations IT workplans with overarching enterprise objectives (e.g. standardized baseline services and platforms), and partner with senior leadership to understand business challenges and influence strategic direction.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to design and deliver organization-specific IT initiatives (e.g. emerging technology workshops, workplace modernization and office renovation projects), including prioritization and end-to-end project delivery.
- Lead planning, stakeholder engagement, and onboarding of new organizations into shared IT services and platforms.
- Manage the deployment of resources strategically to meet operational and project requirements.
- Coach and mentor team members, identify high-potential talent, build capabilities, and drive professional development to foster a motivated, high-performing team.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in senior operational leadership roles within large-scale IT infrastructure or digital transformation programs.
- Strong track record in managing End User Computing (EUC), field operations, workforce transformation, and service delivery.
- Enterprise-level experience in IT infrastructure, workplace technology, and technical services is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and drive change in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Experience in IT governance, enterprise architecture, and/or program management is highly valued.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Strong security, resilience, and availability mindset with a focus on risk management and compliance.
- Experience in highly structured or mission-critical environments is an advantage.
