Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver IT infrastructure projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Lead technical teams across servers, networks, storage, and cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and project deliverables.
- Maintain project plans, schedules, risks, and progress reports.
- Provide technical guidance and ensure solutions meet business and IT standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices.
- Manage vendors, procurement, and contracts.
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience managing or leading IT infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of servers, virtualization, networking, cloud (AWS/Azure), and storage.
- Proficient in project methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and tools (MS Project, Jira).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in budgeting, risk management, and mitigation.
- PMP, ITIL, or cloud certifications are an advantage.
