Serve as a key member of the IT Operations team managing IT infrastructure and services, including end-user computing
Govern and manage IT infrastructure services delivered by outsourcing partners and managed service providers, including contract and billing oversight
Participate in infrastructure projects such as technology refresh, system upgrades, migrations, and development of new IT capabilities
Support daily IT operations including incident management, service requests, change management, and application support
Collaborate with relevant teams to lead disaster recovery (DR) coordination, including recovery strategy, planning, and execution
Assist in IT audit-related activities and compliance matters
Ensure all IT solutions and deliveries comply with internal policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
Develop, maintain, and document IT operations procedures and knowledge base content
Perform system and network patching, capacity planning, and performance management
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements where necessary
Ensure data handling, transfer, and processing follow established organizational guidelines and processes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent qualification)
Minimum 5 years of strong hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure and IT Operations
Good understanding of core technologies including Microsoft Windows Server, Azure Cloud, End User Computing, Active Directory, Virtualization, Networking, Backup/Recovery, and security tools
Experience in Financial Services (Banking & Insurance) and familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as MAS Technology Risk Management (TRM) is an advantage
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Azure, Networking, Security) will be an added advantage
Working knowledge of ITIL/ITSM; exposure to project management is beneficial
Strong experience managing internal stakeholders, end users, and external vendors
Good teamwork, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
