Role: IT Infra & EUC Senior Manager

A global organisation is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Cloud and End User Services across the APAC region. The role oversees cloud, compute, and end user technologies to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient infrastructure operations. This includes managing hybrid cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and private cloud platforms, as well as driving modern workplace and endpoint management using Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, SSO, and related enterprise tools.

Key Responsibilities:
Cloud & Infrastructure
. Lead strategy, design, and operations for cloud and compute services across APAC
. Ensure high availability, performance, and security in hybrid environments
. Drive cloud adoption, cost optimisation, and automation
. Collaborate with global teams on best practices and emerging technologies
. Manage vendors and service-level agreements

End User Services
. Oversee endpoint management across PCs, tablets, and mobile devices
. Manage identity and access solutions using modern enterprise tools
. Enhance user experience and device lifecycle management
. Support digital transformation and modern workplace initiatives
. Ensure governance, compliance, and endpoint security

Leadership & Governance
. Lead and mentor regional infrastructure teams
. Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource planning
. Align regional operations with global IT strategy
. Define and track KPIs for service performance and operational efficiency

Qualification & Experience:

. 10+ years in IT infrastructure management, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
. Strong expertise in AWS, Azure, and private cloud environments.
. Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and identity management.
. Experience managing multi-country IT operations across APAC.
. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
