This role is a blend of strategic IT consultation, hands-on implementation, and specialized cyber defence support within the Asia Pacific region.

about the job

• Co-manage regional IT strategy and serve as the primary technical expert for sales and business expansion.
• Provide essential support for customer cybersecurity inquiries and enforce foundational Cybersecurity requirements on all systems.
• Lead on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of specialized healthcare software. Must perform software interfacing and continuous preventive maintenance.
• Conduct comprehensive end-user and administrator training; resolve recurring issues to guarantee high customer satisfaction.

skills and experience required
Must have at least 2 solid years of experience in IT implementation, preferably within the Medical Industries.

Deep familiarity with Microsoft OS, Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), and laboratory middleware.

Exceptional resilience, a positive learning attitude, and innovative troubleshooting skills are key to success in this high-pressure environment.
