Job Description

Our client is a growing investment management firm in Asia and they are looking for an IT Helpdesk to be based in their Singapore office (senior hire).

Responsibilities of IT Helpdesk:

  • On site and technical support to end users in Singapore and global offices
  • SME for all IT functions - covering end to end IT
  • Managing software, hardware, IT policy, risk assessments, asset management
  • Leading up everything as a one man team

Requirements of IT Helpdesk:

  • 3+ years of IT support experience
  • Experience with supporting technologies such as Bloomberg, Microsoft365, Windows OS, Azure, AWS etc.
  • Proven expertise supporting buy side/hedge funds
