Job Description

  • Provide helpdesk support, via phone and remote access.
  • Manage IT ticket - create, troubleshoot, resolve and close.
  • Monitor and update assigned tickets in Helpdesk portal.
  • Follow-up and ensure tickets are promptly attended to.
  • Perform regular server/network/system health checks.
  • Perform asset management and updates for clients.

Requirements

  • Only Singaporean and Permanent Residents.
  • ITE/Diploma in IT, Computers or related field.
  • Basic communication skills for helpdesk support.
  • Basic IT desktop/support knowledge and experience.
  • Fresh Poly/ITE undergraduates are welcome.
  • Technical support and hands-on training provided.
